Transit Liner Short 7"- Moonstone Charcoal

The Transit Liner short provides comfort and support, along with excellent mobility. The woven body fabric has a subtle-yet-elevated texture, and boasts strategic pockets. The short, which has a performance liner constructed using the Eclipse fabric, is built for durability, functionality, and longevity. The Transit Liner short is, as important as the fit, consciously made out of 100% GRS-certified recycled yarns.

Lifecycle Impact Analysis
Consistent with our ethos of radical transparency, we engaged GreenStep Solutions, a reputable third party, to prepare an analysis of our supply chain measuring the environmental impact of our products. The results were as follows:
- Emissions: 13.71 Kilograms CO2e
- Water Used: 241.39 Liters
- Waste: 0.45 Kilograms
Tenere is diligently working on developing programs to (1) primarily reduce the emissions, water usage, and waste within its supply chain and operations and (2) secondarily offset the emissions, water usage, and waste that it cannot currently avoid.

ANTI-ODOR
Biocide free anti-odor technology prevents 99%+ of odor causing bacteria keeping you clean, smelling fresh, and reducing your laundry load, saving water, electricity, and reducing microfiber pollution. -
UPF PROTECTION
Meets UPF50 standards according to standardized test method AATCC 183, keeping effective UVR transmission to 2.5% or less and blocking 97.5%+ of ultraviolet radiation from the sun. -
DURABLE WATER REPELLANT
We exclusively use PFC-free, bio-based water repellent sourced from Huntsman. All of our garments with DWR pass at 80/20 according to AATCC 22, meaning that even after 20 washes the effectiveness of water repellency is greater than 80%. -
MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
Designed and engineered with fiber, yarn, and construction variables to create mechanical means to manage moisture and achieve optimal body comfort. This technology is inspired by natural biomimicry -- that is, designed to replicate how other organisms manage moisture in nature. -
RECYCLED All of the yarns in this garment are GRS certified, which ensures that all manufacturing processes were monitored to confirm responsible social and environmental practices were followed. In addition, all of our GRS certified yarns have a transaction certificate (TC) attached to them to allow supply chain verification. -
LOW WATER CONSUMPTION DYEING The dyeing process for this garment uses additives to promote fiber swelling in order to reduce water consumption. Also, when possible, we solution-dye our yarns so the colorants are extruded during yarn formation, rather than after extrusion, allowing us to control water use, and reduce waste water effluent. -
YARN ENGINEERING The material in this garment uses a strategically placed jacquard pattern with varied yarn sizes to give an appealing high/low textured effect, while enhancing moisture management via nature's push/pull mechanism guided by the laws of hydrodynamics.
